Why businesses choose Odin Digital
Agreed numbers instead of promises, terms you can leave, and senior specialists doing the work. Here is what sits behind each of those, and where to read the detail.
In short
- KPIs are agreed in writing before work starts, and we keep working at no additional charge if they are not met within 90 days.
- Engagements run month-to-month. You can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice — the terms are on the record.
- We take one business per industry, per market, so your playbook is never sold to your competitor.
- A senior strategist, content writer and technical specialist are assigned to your account — no juniors, no handballing.
- Every account runs on the Odin Method: four phases, the same framework each time.
- Reporting is built around leads, customers and profit rather than impressions or clicks.
KPIs agreed in writing, guaranteed within 90 days
Before any work is billed, we agree the KPIs your programme will be measured against and put them in writing. They are set against your own Search Console and GA4 baseline rather than an industry average, so the target reflects your business rather than a generic benchmark.
If those KPIs are not met within 90 days, we keep working at no additional charge until they are. There are no verbal targets and no moving goalposts, because the agreement written at the start is the document we are judged against at the end of the quarter.
What we do not do is guarantee ranking positions. That decision belongs to a search engine that changes its results daily, so a position guarantee would be a lie. We guarantee movement on traffic, enquiries and revenue instead.
No lock-in contracts, 30 days' notice
Every engagement runs month-to-month with no minimum contract length. You can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, and you can end the engagement at any review point rather than waiting out a fixed term.
We do not need long contracts to keep clients. We keep them because the results keep coming, and a 93% client retention rate is the outcome of that — a more useful number than any contract term, because it is what clients chose when they were free to leave.
If you want the mechanics, including how the notice period works and what to ask any agency about its terms, they are set out on our no lock-in contracts page.
One business per industry, per market
We take one client per industry, per market. If we are running your campaigns in Brisbane, your direct Brisbane competitor cannot hire us, and the strategy and playbook we build for you stays yours.
It is the main reason we cap how many clients we take on at once, and the reason availability is checked on the strategy call before scope. Two clients in the same category and city would be competing for the same rankings and bidding against each other.
The policy, what "market" means in practice and how to check whether yours is open are covered on the exclusivity page.
Senior specialists on every account
Your account is assigned a senior strategist, a content writer and a technical specialist. They are the people who build the strategy, run the campaigns and sit on your calls — you will not be sold by a director and then handed to a junior you have never met.
Behind them sits the leadership team: a founder who built the method, a director of product who runs technical SEO and automation, a campaign director from a social background, a head of partnerships leading the trades division, a head of SEO and a general manager.
Every one of them is named, with their discipline and background, on our team page. If you want to know who will actually do the work, the answer is published before you ask.
The Odin Method, in four phases
Every account runs on the same framework. Audit and discovery finds where the money is leaking before a dollar is spent. The strategic blueprint turns that into a costed plan with targets, owners and timelines rather than a slide deck.
Creative execution builds the pages, campaigns and content, then ships them quickly. Optimisation and scale runs weekly testing, cuts what is not working and pushes budget towards what is, with a live dashboard and a monthly strategy review.
The same framework runs on every account, whether you are a trade business in Geelong or a national ecommerce brand. Each phase, and what it produces, is set out on the Odin Method page.
Leads, customers and profit — not impressions
We report on leads, customers and profit, not impressions or clicks that look good but pay nothing. You get live dashboard access plus a monthly report and strategy call, and every report says what we changed, what it produced and what we are doing next.
That is what makes the spend accountable. An organic programme is judged on rankings for the agreed queries, organic traffic and the enquiries it produces. A paid programme is judged on cost per lead and return on ad spend.
If you would rather see the outcome than the process, read what clients say on our reviews page or work through the numbers in our case studies.
